Job Description

One of our clients in Whitby is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work on-site. This will be an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for answering phones and taking messages, along with redirecting call and other admin tasks as required. This role requires you to work Monday to Friday.


  • 1-3 years of administrative or receptionist experience working at the front desk
  • Strong computer software knowledge
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail: able to enter data / take notes with high accuracy
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems

Hourly Rate: $15.50 – $18 per hour
