    • You provide requirements and your budget

    • Our fees are added onto the temp worker or contractor rates and we send you invoices weekly

    • We source and screen the candidates and then we would send you their resume for review. You can choose who you like and we can set up interviews. Once you find the perfect candidate, you would take over to onboard as usual

    • We charge a one-time fee based on the annual salary (very competitive and lower than most other agencies)

  • We can send people over to start working in as little as 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of the role and have candidates ready to start.
  • We charge a mark-up on the hourly rate for the worker. Our fees are very reasonable with a low markup. This is highly competitive compared to other companies.
  • You can convert any temp contractor for free after 6 months. If you want to convert them before 6 months, we charge a flat fee based on their annual salary (sometimes negotiable).
  • If anyone quits we will replace them as fast as possible, however we have a very strong candidate pool and this is not a typical occurrence.
  • Yes, we are full insured by the WSIB and we pay premiums for any temporary workers or contractors placed at your business. We also have business insurance, so we are fully covered.
  • The length of time it takes us to find candidates depends on the requirements we are provided. Some roles can take as little as 24-48 hours to be filled, while others can take up to 2 weeks. Since every business is different and every position, we'd need to assess the requirements and we can provide a more definitive answer. After all, we want to make sure we place only the best people.
  • We have 2 offices, one currently located in North York that serves Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Scarborough, Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. The other office is located in Oshawa and serves Durham Region, including, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Courtice, Peterborough, Newcastle, Port Perry and other areas. Even if we don't have an office nearby, we'd be happy to schedule time with you virtually to provide a free consultation.
